• When orienting the SMART Board, slide the marker to the X. The orientation is determined by where you lift off the pen, not where you tap it.
• Hide the Floating Tools when you are using Notebook since there are duplicate functions.
• You can save the properties of your favorite fonts, pen styles and line styles.
• You can create "virtual white-out" by saving the properties of a pen (such as the purple-dashed one) to have Line style of white, thick pen, solid line with no point or arrow. You can lock your text box and then "white-out" your answer. Your students can use the eraser to "reveal" the answer.
• All locked and infinitely cloned objects will remain on the page if you "clear" it.
